Joe Markum
Joe has been serving on staff at CCTO since 1993. He served as Associate Pastor until 1998 when he became the Senior Pastor. Prior to serving at CCTO Joe was a Youth Pastor in South Orange County. He has a heart for missions and serves on two mission boards that seek to spread the gospel to the ends of the earth. He and his wife, Lynne, have two sons, Matt and Blake.

Marty Milligan
Marty has been serving at CCTO since 1994, first as the youth pastor, then in 2004, adding leading worship to his repertoire, and in 2008, shifted gears from youth to adult ministries. Marty and his wife have two children, Kyeler and Cory.

Amy Downing
Amy has been serving at CCTO since 2003. Amy and her husband, Michael, have two sons, Drew and Tate.

Karen Hartmann
Karen has been serving as Associate Pastor with oversight in Women’s Ministries and Missions since 1999. She originally joined the CCTO staff in 1980, and from 1994-1999, she and her husband, Craig, worked with AMOR Ministries in Mexico. Karen has three children, Luke, Clay, and Carly.

Tim Buchanan
Tim has been serving at CCTO since January 2010. He has a passion to see students grow to know and love Jesus Christ. Tim is married to his wife Janelle, and the two have no children (yet!)

Lesley Vlietstra
Lesley joined the CCTO staff in September 2010. She is married to her husband Jan and has 2 daughters, Megan & Rachel. She and Amy work together with the Children’s Ministry.

Cindy Pritchett
Cindy has been on staff at CCTO since 1994, first in Children’s Ministry, and then as Office Manager since 2004. She and her husband Bill have two grown children, Shawn and Amanda, a daughter-in-law, Sarah, and 2 beautiful granddaughters. |
